disputes and match conditions
From time to time, a dispute may arise at a venue — for example, issues with board height, oche length or height, general playing conditions, or player conduct. Captains are encouraged to work together to resolve any concerns on the spot. However, we recognise that this is not always possible.
If no resolution can be reached, the match should still proceed, with the understanding that a formal dispute will be lodged. In these situations, please complete the Disputes Form using the button below.
Where relevant, upload any photos that support or clarify the nature of the dispute.
Match Forfeits
If you are claiming a forfeit because the opposition side either cannot raise a team, or the team is a now show, then you are required to complete this Match Forfeit Form by clicking the button below.
If the opposition team lets you know in advance that they will not be attending then fill out the form and upload a screenshot of the text or email informing you. If they have verbally let you know, please request that they send you a text to screenshot. In this instance and so long as you have a text or email, then there is no requirement for your team to attend the venue.
If the other team is a no show, then please upload a photo of all of your players as evidence that your team was at the venue.
