Mens Association

Formed in the 1970s, the Busselton Men’s Darts Association is a not for profit, incorporated association that is experiencing a strong revival after a period of declining numbers in the early 2020s. We’re proud to still have several long‑standing members who were throwing darts near the time of the association’s inception — including John Vesperman, Paul Heslewood, and Ken “Nugget” Sharp — whose continued involvement reflects the deep roots of darts in our community.

We currently field two competitive divisions, A‑Grade and A‑Reserves, with 2025 three‑dart averages ranging from 29 to 69. With such a broad range of skill levels, there truly is a place for everyone. Matches are played at the Busselton Yacht Club and The Esplanade Hotel, with additional teams based at the Capel Country Club.

In 2025, the association stepped confidently into the digital era by investing in tablets and registering with DartConnect to score matches and manage seasonal statistics. Thanks to the commitment of all members, the transition has been a resounding success. As a result, match results, ladders, and player statistics are no longer recorded on this website — they can now be accessed at any time via the DartConnect link.
